Elena Dell’Aquila

/ Researcher /

Elena Dell’Aquila is a Tenure Track Researcher in Developmental and Educational
Psychology at Pegaso Telematic University. Psychologist and psychotherapist, she
holds a PhD in Psychology and has gained extensive academic and research
experience both in Italy and abroad. She collaborated with prestigious institutions,
including the National Research Council (CNR) in Rome, Federico II University of
Naples, and the Cognitive Robotics Lab at the University of Plymouth in the UK. Her
research focuses on developing serious games and virtual simulations for training
and assessing soft skills in school, university, and professional settings. She has
been actively involved in writing up and implementing several European projects
(Erasmus+, Marie Curie ITN, Lifelong Learning Programme), developing innovative
methodologies for learning and assessing socio-relational skills.
Elena is the author of numerous international publications, including a book on
serious games published by Springer. She has also designed MOOCs on negotiation
and eSective communication, widely used in institutional training programs.
