He earned his PhD in Philosophy and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Siena (2011) after completing his degree in Logic and Philosophy of Science at the University of Florence (2005).
He served as an Assistant Professor at Bilkent University (2018–2019) and held postdoctoral positions at the University of Florence (2013) and the University of Eastern Piedmont (2023–2024).
His research focuses on the development of infant social cognition, the philosophy of psychology, 4E cognition, folk psychology, and, more recently, playful learning and the didactics of philosophy.
