Luna Lembo

Luna Lembo is a tenure-track researcher in the academic field PAED-02/B – Special Education and Inclusive Teaching at Pegaso Telematic University. She holds a PhD in Epistemology and Neuroscience Applied in Education and is a licensed psychologist (Section A). Her scientific profile is characterised by a strong interdisciplinary approach that integrates educational neuroscience, special education, and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on inclusion, accessibility, and the personalisation of learning in educational and training contexts.
Her research activity is oriented towards the design, experimentation, and evaluation of multisensory, multimedia, and technology-enhanced learning environments, with specific attention to neurodevelopmental disorders, special educational needs, and developmental vulnerabilities. A distinctive feature of her work is the focus on cognitive, emotional, and environmental accessibility, examined through a biopsychosocial perspective that recognises the central role of the environment as a mediator of learning processes.
