Martiniello Lucia

Lucia Martiniello is Full Professor of Experimental Pedagogy (M-PED/04) at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Education, and Sport at Pegaso Telematic University.
She is the Coordinator of the PhD program Methods of Inclusion, Mentoring, and Skills Development in New Knowledge and Work Contexts (Cycles XXXVIII and XXXIX) at Pegaso Telematic University.
From 2022 to 2023, she served as Director of the Department of Human Sciences at Pegaso Telematic University.
From 2017 to 2023, she was Director of the Teaching and Learning Center at Pegaso University.
From July 2016 to 2023, she acted as Rector’s Delegate for the Coordination and Monitoring of Teaching Activities at Pegaso University.
From 2016 to 2022, she was President of the Bachelor’s Degree Program L-19 in Education and Training Sciences and the Master’s Degree Program LM-85 in Pedagogical Sciences.
Since 2015, she has been listed among the telematic and disciplinary experts of ANVUR (the Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes), actively participating in the initial and periodic accreditation processes of several Italian universities.
She is currently Principal Investigator of the research project From Hephaestus’s Forge to Athena’s Wisdom: Orientation and Soft Skills (Acronym: Ef.Ate FRC 2024), funded by the Department of Literary, Linguistic, and Philosophical Studies, where she carries out her research.
Her research interests focus on technology-supported training models; the development of skills and evaluation tools; mentoring activities; and e-learning models, with particular attention to online university education.
