Valentina Cattivelli, PhD. Regional economist, professor of European project management and experts in European funds. She studies rural development and its interactions with nearby urban areas, with a focus on transformations and territorial disparities. Her research covers topics such as food charity, social innovation, urban agriculture. She is also interested in the evolution of strategic and spatial planning, particularly in relation to the urban–rural divide and medium-sized cities.
